Its is a legal requirement to mention that any psychic services should be treated as for entertainment purposes.
Any of our readings or parties should be booked in advance with our office before making any payment.
Tickets will not be sent to home address's they will be sent electronically as a PDF in the receipt.
If any person purchases a ticket and does not attend an event or a services without prior notice then no refund or exchange will be offered.
At times we will let our customers use our technical equipment, if at any point these items are damaged due to misuse then you may be charged to replace the item.
We will not tolerate any abusive or rude behaviour towards our staff, if a member of our team starts to feel uncomfortable or in threat, then they will leave without prior notice and no refund will be offered. We take the safety and happiness of our staff very seriously and if they are put at any risk our company will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Whilst in your home our staff member will take a short break at random points to make sure they are fresh and energetic for you entertainment.
Our team member will be fully insured at all times whist in your homes or other buildings, A copy of our public liability insurance is available upon request.
Our staff members are well within their right to refuse entry into a property that may put our team at risk, e.g where drugs are openly being used, Dangerous animals, intoxicated individuals.
None of our team member ever carry money and each team member has a GPS tracking device on their person for safety.
Our team always attempt to be professional at all times but working in the industry we do occasionally have the occasional offensive comment or bad language used, this is explained at the beginning on the evening or upon entering a property.
If at any point we have to cancel an appointment for any reason we will offer a full refund or a replacement service at your choice.
If we ever have to leave your property due to risk or abusive behaviour then no refund will ever be offered.
If anyone does have to cancel a event or an appointment then please let us know 24 hours before the time and we will either offer a full refund or replacement service.
If you feel our mediums are not getting a good enough connection with you we ask that you cancel the reading within the first 5 minutes if not then no refund will be offered. We will never offer a refund after the date
